A series of short videos by us (approx. 1 hour in total) which prepare you for the hypnotherapy session.
Our Pre-course ensures you come into the hypnotherapy session 100% ready, confident and mentally prepared.

Our Live Hypnotherapy Session
The hypnotherapy session takes 2.5 hours.
We use language patterns and tonality to speak with your unconscious mind and make the necessary changes at a deep level.
All you need to do is relax, close your eyes and listen to us as we guide you through the session.

Our FULL Backup Support
This is very important because we don't just want you to quit with us, we want you to remain a Non-Smoker for LIFE.
We offer powerful backup resources and ongoing personal support as part of our overall service.

A Free Additional Session
If for any reason you were to begin smoking again within the first 12 months of quitting with us you have the opportunity to join another hypnotherapy session at no cost to you.
